Learn how leaders in healthcare innovation are tackling the industry’s most challenging problems.
In 2019, EmOpti’s team of clinicians and software developers will be officially recognized by both ACEP and AHA for innovation in the healthcare industry. In response to these recognitions, below is a brief letter from the founder of EmOpti, Dr. Edward Barthell:
Friends and colleagues,
On behalf of our skilled and dedicated team at EmOpti, it is my immense pleasure to announce that EmOpti will receive acknowledgements from both the the American Hospital Association (AHA) and the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) for our work in improving care delivery and patient safety.
On July 24, 2019, at the Annual AHA Leadership Summit in San Diego, I will have the opportunity to present the story of EmOpti’s impact on care delivery while our team is acknowledged as one of six finalists for the AHA Startup of the Year.
In the same light, on October 26, 2019 at ACEP19 in Denver, ACEP will present the President’s Award for “Innovative Change in Practice Management” to our team.
Both of these recognitions are direct reflections of the hard work and success our team at EmOpti has achieved over the past couple years. The systematic problems we are working to resolve are challenging to say the least. I could not be more proud to work on a solution alongside our team of brilliant minds and dedicated hearts.
We are humbled by these recognitions and more motivated than ever to continue the journey in healthcare innovation.
Best regards,
Edward Barthell MD FACEP
